"I Stole For Love"

This month, John recounts his youth, confessing his theft of fashion magazines as a boy, motivated by passion and guilt. When other teenage lads were ogling their father's hidden copies of Playboy, John was addicted to the fall and winter issues of Vogue and Bazaar, combing the pages for leggy models in patent thigh boots designed by the likes of Pierre Cardin, Roger Vivier, Paco Rabanne or Herbert Levine. His formative years were obviously indicative of things to come!
